Hey, I'm Zade. As a bikini bodybuilding athlete, food lover, and dance enthusiast, my passion for health, movement, and personal growth is with me every day. My journey started in 2022 when I worked as a personal coach in gyms across Switzerland and discovered my passion for guiding people toward a healthier and stronger life. In 2024, my IFAA Group Fitness B-License took me around the world, where I had the chance to teach and inspire people from the most diverse cultures. Today I live on the beautiful Greek island of Kos and have made it my mission to help people discover their strength, build self-confidence, and rediscover the joy of movement.

My IFBB Master Coach certification in 2026 showed me that my real calling goes beyond diets and workouts — it's about transforming how we think and feel. I don't believe in generic plans or quick trends. Instead, I create something truly personal for you: a journey built around your life, your data, and your goals. Whether you're training at home or in the gym, I'll be there with weekly check-ins that support both your body and mind. Together, we'll build something that lasts.
